was publicized in the March 2006 "Draperies & Window
Coverings" magazine titled "Design With a Purpose". The idea was to allow
as much natural light into the space while incorporating the theme of the room.
There was also a 3 page publication in the December/January edition of "Home by
Design" magazine titled "Cool Kids Rooms". The concept behind the
project was to avoid trendy themes, colors etc. The home was built in the early
1900's so I decided to incorporate a vintage style which not only portrayed the
era of the home, but would grow with the children into their teen years.
The "Chicago Tribune" featured us in the
"Your Place" section titled "Kitchen Designs". Where we were suggesting
cost effective ways to design a custom kitchen.
The "Chicago Sun Times" featured us in
their Homelife section on September 9, 2005 with a color photo and article
labeled "Colors an Important Part of the Home."
The Shorewood Sentinel contacted us to do
a full page photo and article on our business and the interior design business
as whole. This was published in the July 6, 2005 newspaper.
